By browsing this website, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to these terms. If you book on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

Tichi provides residential, commercial, specialised, waste, and property cleaning services in configured zones, starting with Lusaka, Zambia. Service descriptions on the website are a guide. The confirmed booking, quote, or checklist is the scope we will perform.

Prices are shown in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) and are starting estimates unless a fixed quote is issued. Final amounts may depend on property size, add-ons, access, and pricing rules in force at the time of booking. A booking is confirmed when we accept it and you receive confirmation.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact details, the service address, and access instructions
• Ensure a safe working environment and disclose hazards, pets, or fragile items
• Be present or arrange authorised access at the agreed time
• Pay the confirmed amount using an accepted method

You may reschedule or cancel through your account or by contacting us. Changes made after the cutoff shown in your confirmation may attract a fee if we cannot reassign the team. Same-day no-shows may be charged in full. We will try to notify you promptly if we must reschedule for operational or safety reasons.

If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we will review the job and, where appropriate, arrange a return visit. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items that cannot be cleaned without risk, or results limited by access or hidden areas.

We take reasonable care while on site. Our liability is limited to direct loss caused by our negligence, up to the value of the relevant booking, except where Zambian law does not allow that limit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or copy our content without permission. Information on the site may change as services and prices are updated.

These terms are governed by the laws of Zambia. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Zambia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
